Carnegie

Carnegie gave money and grants toward education. I think he believed that if he gave money towards education it would give people more opportunities to do things with their lives. My counter argument to this is what about the people that can't afford any of his colleges or the people that don't want to do anything with their lives. If i had millions of dollars to give away i would give it to Poor countries that don't get any education at all unless they pay for it. In America we can get education at public schools no matter what.
